When you place an order with Frank Knighton Suite Centres Ltd (“Frank Knighton”) in store or via the telephone, the information that we collect and store relating to you is primarily used to enable us to provide our products and services to you. This is to ensure that we can carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us.

We collect your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number in order that we may fulfil our service and delivery obligations to you as our customer. We keep your information for either 6 years or 10 years; 6 years is the default retention period (after which it will be securely disposed of) but as our product structures carry a guarantee of 10 years, if you have purchased any product from us for which this guarantee applies, then we will keep your details for a 10 year period after which it will be securely disposed of.
Our interests
Information will be shared with partners and suppliers so they can process your personal information on our behalf. We only share information that allows them to provide their services to us or to facilitate them providing their services to you. For example, if you require a fabric sample, in order to fulfil this requirement, we will pass your information on to our supplier to be able to fulfil this service to you, our customer.
We will never sell your details to other companies so that they can market to you.

It allows us to improve our websites and telephone services to ensure that information is provided in the most effective manner for you (and for your device).
